You woke up still curled up in Loki's arms, your head resting softly on his chest, listening to the steady beat of his heart, one of your eyes sliding open while the other stayed closed, flicking around the lit room, taking in a deep breath and letting it out as a relaxed sigh. However the dream still haunted you, even though Loki had gotten rid of it, you still remembered it in all too vivid detail, but you were thankful that the phantom feeling that you had hours before had gone away, your hands feeling as normal as they had ever been.
You stretched your fingers out, sliding the hand that was resting on Loki's abdomen to wrap around his waist, letting your eyes slide back once more, jolting back open when you felt Loki's hand slide down to match your position, the other hand that was closest to yours coming to twine his fingers in yours, "Good morning." He whispered, his index finger tracing slow circles over your skin, sending little thrilling chills down your spine.
"Good morning yourself," you sighed, moving your head off his chest and propping yourself on an elbow, looking down at him, unlacing your fingers from his comb your wild hair into some sort of sanity, then taking his hand back into yours.
A knock on the door jolted the both of you out of your semi relaxed state, your eyes shooting to the door immediately, a booming voice coming behind the tightly shut doors, "Brother, are you decent?"
Loki replied quickly, motioning for you to jump the hell out of bed and duck behind the screen and get some clothes on, "Enough!" You took your chance before Thor opened the door, barely making it before the blond headed god walked in.
You tugged the dress over your head, lacing the corset clumsily and knotting it off at the top to keep it from unlacing as you leaned against the heavy wooden screen, drawing the almost surprised attention of Thor, smiling at him while you combed obsessively through your hair.
"You know that the Avengers are coming here to speak about things, yes?" Thor spoke, crossing his arms over his own chest.
Loki scoffed, "How could I have not known?"
"Well, they're coming quite soon, so I suggest you ready yourself for their arrival."
Loki grumbled, "I don't want to! Why can't I just stay here with y/n?"
Thor shook his head, "Odin suggests that you speak with them as well."
Loki laughed quite loudly, "Since when have I cared about what Odin wanted me to do!"
You sighed, "Loki, It'll probably only be ten minutes either way, and besides, you probably won't be staying for all of it."
Loki looked at you, an evil glare in his eyes, "Fine, but only if you promise me one thing."
"What?"
He motioned for you to come closer so he could whisper something in your ear, which took you by utter surprise.
"I, uh, okay." You stuttered, smiling brightly at Thor, "He'll be ready in five minutes." You ushered the tall blond man out the door quite quickly shutting it and collapsing against it, motioning for Loki to get ready.

Loki wasn't as happy or pleased with you as you thought he had been earlier, in fact, he almost seemed to glare at you when you glanced at him, eventually you both stopped looking at each other all together. Oh, you'd have some definite yelling to do later.
Thor's mood was as tangible as Loki's, and if he wanted to, he would be jumping up and down with excitement. And you thought you could swear he wanted to run and hug them when they were lead in by several guards clad in what seemed to be the only color here. You had changed your dress soon after Thor had left, and you had made Loki get it for you, which wasn't that hard, you had it in about less than ten minutes. This time it was a deep sapphire color, at times if the light caught it right it looked as black as a raven's wing. You leaned just a little closer to him than was probably necessary; trying to make the storm cloud above his head go away.
You don't know how much I'd rather not be here right now, y/n. Loki whispered in your mind, sighing so softly that you could barely even hear it.
"It's okay; you'll be outta here in no time." You whispered back, smirking slightly when Thor greeted the Avengers quite warmly with a gigantic smile on his face.
Loki rolled his eyes, I think he likes them more than he likes me, he whispered.
You tried to hide your smile, your shoulders silently shaking in laughter, you struggled to talk without laughter filling your voice, but you managed, "That's horrible."
"What's horrible?" The man that you identified as Tony Stark, asked, eyeing you slowly, and you wanted to fold your arms around yourself to make him stop looking at you, a naughty smirk playing on the billionaire's lips.
Loki growled at Tony, "Nothing of your concern, metal man."
He raised his hands, shaking them side to side, "Ooh, metal man. Good one, Reindeer Games."
You could almost see the anger swirling around Loki's entire person, and you saw that he was slowly curling and uncurling his hands, probably counting to ten in his head to keep from pouncing on Tony and knocking his head off his pretty little neck. When Loki didn't bother to reply he turned back to you, his dark eyes meeting your e/c eyes. "And what's your name, gorgeous?"
"y/n," you said, "And I think if you try to call me gorgeous again, Loki's not gonna stop himself from ripping your head off." You smiled sweetly at that last bit.
His eyes went wide with a little surprise, "So you're Loki's chick, huh? Never thought he could get someone like you."
"Someone like… me?" You asked intrigued by what Tony had said.
He shrugged, looking you up and down once more, "You know, exotic looking, you certainly aren't from Asgard, that's for sure, and I'm pretty sure that skin tone of yours the Kardashians would kill for. A solid nine, that's for sure."
"Ah, kay. That's… nice."
"Isn't it?" He started, looking over his shoulder when Dr. Banner called, making a 'come here' motion with his hand, "Well, anyways, gotta go. Well, I don't really, but they'll all get pissed if I don't… So, peace out girl scouts." He said while he was backing away, putting two fingers to his forehead and mock saluting us, spinning on his heel to face Bruce.
Loki fidgeted just a little, a slight whine in his voice, "Can we go now?"
You giggled, "I guess so, Thor's too distracted, and I think we can sneak away…" You gripped his hand, walking backwards like Tony had done, and standing ram-rod straight when Thor caught you and called your names. He motioned you both forwards, raising one of his eyebrows.
"Where do you think you're going?" He asked.
"Nowhere?" You shrugged, smiling evilly, "Seriously, I promise, Loki and I weren't trying to do anything bad really; we just wanted to wreak havoc upon the nine realms."
Loki chuckled, wrapping his arm around your waist, "Getting tired of that 'personality' yet, brother?"
Thor shook his head, laughing, "If I can put up with Tony, I'm pretty sure I can put up with her."
You smirked, "That'd be kinda awkward if you couldn't. Heh, cause I've kinda taken up residence until further notice."
"I've noticed." Thor said a humorous twinkle in his eyes, he turned back to the whole group, "We have things to discuss, shall we?" He motioned to a set of large doors, which you could vaguely tell lead to the throne room.
The first thing that you thought when you had started walking towards those doors was that you hoped that Odin wasn't sitting on his throne looking all smug with his golden eye patch and his 'authority'.
Shorter chapter, I know, SHHH. But I wanted the Avengers to come in, and we'll definately gonna find out what Loki wants to do, or do to us, rather, in the next chapter, I know that's probably driving some of you crazy. Soon, my darlings, soon. xD
